Traci will lead participants in inner work and reflection using poetry, meditation, journaling, and dialogue to achieve healing goals and to continue this work back home.
With over 25 years of experience as a mental health provider who incorporates mindfulness, meditation and contemplative exercises in her practice, Traci has provided frequent retreats on self-care and reflection. Traci is excited to spend time with you and explore your highest and best self.
Workshop Times: Friday, April 12, 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. with a reception following, and Saturday, April 13, 9:00 a.m. (doors open at 8:30 a.m.) and continuing through lunch.
